Telehealth

Prior to COVID we provided all services in person. However from March 2020, in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients, staff and the community, we have moved completely to Telehealth. We use COVIU for our video consultations.  COVIU is a secure platform designed for the health industry.  COVIU runs on any browser, and as long as you have a reasonable data connection can be used on any device (phone, tablet, ipad, laptop, PC, etc). 

In the unlikely event of a video fail, we will continue the consultation via phone.

If you have not consulted with a professional via Telehealth, you may be understandably concerned. However our clients find the process more convenient, as there is no commute or parking issues, and you can attend the appointment from a location that suits you. The research on telehealth service provision suggests the therapeutic outcome is at least as good as, if not better than, in-person consultations.
